New Brexit deadline is Jan 31, 2020. On October 28, the President of the European Council, Donald Tusk, tweeted that the U.K. request for Brexit ‘flextension’ till January 31, 2020 had been accepted by the EU27. Flextension means that the U.K can leave before the deadline if deal is ratified. The U.K. can leave on the first day of the month after the deal.
